Dharti Ammar Project Pathfinder International's Dharti Ammar Project represents a pivotal step towards addressing the unequal impact of climate change on women and girls. By equipping stakeholders with essential skills for climate adaptation, including community-based organizations, health workers, men, women, youth, and farming families, we strive to make a difference. Our project also targets students and policymakers, advocating for intersectional climate approaches in Sindh's policy and programming. Pathfinder International The Resilient Path is proud to partner with Pathfinder International, a global leader with a legacy of promoting client-centered family planning, reproductive health, maternal and newborn health, and HIV/AIDS programs in over 120 countries. In Pakistan since the 1950s, Pathfinder has been dedicated to modern family planning, gender-integrated approaches, youth empowerment, and raising awareness about contraceptive options. Guided by experienced program directors and technical experts, Pathfinder contributes to strengthening country programs in family planning and reproductive health.
